this recipe is one similar to what has graced our holiday tables since i can remember. only difference is we add one to two finely chopped prunes.

i use a variation of a rachel ray recipe for chicken 'stewp'. it has chopped zuccini andi also add chopped yellow squash and season with 'herbs du provence'.
